We are looking for a skilled React Native developer to join our team in building an AI-powered wellness companion app. The app integrates with Apple HealthKit and Google Fit/Health Connect to provide personalized health insights and lifestyle guidance.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (TypeScript).
• Integrate with Apple HealthKit and Google Fit/Health Connect APIs.
• Work with backend developers to connect APIs, authentication, and data storage.
• Implement features such as symptom tracking, wearable device syncing, push notifications, and subscription flows.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver a clean, user-centered mobile experience.
• Ensure app performance, security, and compliance (HIPAA/GDPR).
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in mobile development with React Native.
• Strong knowledge of React Navigation, React Query/Zustand, and Expo/Native modules.
• Experience with HealthKit, Google Fit, or wearable API integrations is a big plus.
• Familiarity with backend services (Node.js/NestJS, GraphQL/REST).
• Experience with Supabase/Firebase/OneSignal push notifications and Stripe in-app payments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
• Experience in healthcare, fitness, or wellness apps.
• Knowledge of AI/ML integrations for personalization.
• Prior work with HIPAA/GDPR-compliant apps.
